With the development of mobile Internet technology changes,opened a new era,it allows everyone can become a center of this flat world.With the new lifestyle of the new era,many new demands is coming,and new products will be coming,so the product development is also facing more new challenges,the product homogenization phenomenon is serious,many products have lower satisfaction,daily activity and retention rates of user,and SY application of Z company also has these problems,By researching and analyzing these problems,the crux of the problem lies in whether aimed at the demands of users and the reasonable functions.The key factor for the success or failure of the development of mobile Internet products is to grasp core requirements,and turn these into the core functionality of mobile Internet products.With iterative and update quickly of mobile internet products,who determines iteration speed of the user research in the design of products,so user demands is the first,we should get more user information,the user's demands and motives,and change them into accurately high user satisfaction product features,product has effect in the iteration and steady growth,that is the key to the success of mobile Internet products.The paper will summarize transformation methods of the domestic and foreign various and mobile Internet product design,based on the present research,put forward three stages of the demands and transformation for mobile internet products,the requirement acquirement is the first stage,that uses questionnaire,depth interview,focus group interviews,gets more deeper demands and motives.The requirements analysis is the second stage,that uses user role modeling,the user scenario,target analysis and KANO model to analyze deeply acquirements.Demands transformation stage is the third stage,using improved spiral transform model,performance model and the mental models,cards to complete function transformation of mobile Internet product.Based on the above three stages,with SY application of Z company demand acquisition and translational as an example.I summarized a system of demand acquisition and transformation for mobile Internet product.We compared the old SY with the New SY,user satisfaction increased by 36.2%.So the validity and practicability of the system is verified.
