In the face of the gradual marketization of interest rate and the Internet the rapid development of the financial aspects of the impact,domestic commercial Banks in the traditional business performance decline,rising non-performing assets ratio,and many other problems.The further compression of "loan-to-deposit spreads" has prompted commercial Banks to look for new business models,hoping for a strategic shift to find new sources of growth.Small and medium-sized commercial Banks as a member of the financial industry is extremely active,its itself compared to the large commercial Banks in both the cross-regional operation,node number and passenger capacity is insufficient,in the present this kind of environment is under attack.Therefore,small and medium-sized commercial Banks need to think about how to coordinate distribution of existing resources,open up gives a own advantages into full play the Internet can be the road to financial innovation.And abroad has been in the mature stage of direct bank after the introduction of domestic,because of the low operating cost,accurate and effective customer localization,the service is convenient wait for a characteristic,several commercial Banks began to create their own brand direct bank.As the direct the development of banking business,especially in the process of its operation mode of all sorts of drawbacks gradually appear,is worth thinking about the solution of small and medium-sized commercial Banks.This paper mainly focuses on the research on the operation mode of direct selling bank of small and medium-sized commercial Banks in China.Paper first starts with the concept and background of the direct bank,analyzes the domestic small and medium-sized commercial Banks to carry out the necessity and feasibility of direct banking business,and introduces several successful operation mode of the foreign direct bank.Then,the paper focuses on the analysis of the three operation modes of direct selling bank of small and medium-sized commercial Banks in China.Next,small and medium-sized commercial Banks operating in direct bank in this paper,the problems existing in the process are expounded,such as the limitation of the payment,the defect of risk prevention mechanism,etc.Then,aiming at the shortcomings of the existing direct bank operation mode put forward several suggestion:first,to do their own clear positioning,set up independent operation mechanism,this is the first direct bank develop condition.Second,we need to expand the channels of direct selling Banks and improve the payment environment.Third,improve the risk control mechanism of information technology and business.Fourth,we will expand access to direct selling Banks.Finally,this paper summarizes and prospected the research of the paper in order to provide some ideas for later research.In general,the establishment of direct selling Banks is both an opportunity and a challenge for small and medium-sized commercial Banks in China.When the small and medium-sized commercial Banks do business of direct selling bank to do rational treatment,make the most direct bank this new platform,efforts to achieve the big commercial Banks and financial companies Internet corners.
