Along with the social progress and development, the material production and distribution has become a prerequisite for efficient production. In the process of material goods processing, timely, accurate, and select scientific methods to reach the production terminal, for the production of material status of the manufacturing units and assembly rate of production units play a key role.First, this paper introduces the theoretical knowledge and methods of material distribution, including traveling salesman TSP model, vehicle routing model and gives the vehicle routing model with time window, this paper introduces clustering method and gives a fuzzy clustering method, and gives the vehicle routing problem with time windows solution,in particular, the article emphasizes the genetic algorithm.Second, this paper introduces the status quo of material distribution in Hejia Pharmaceutical Workshop, analysis to find out the existence of the problem,by fuzzy clustering method to classify the sample study division, the workshop demand points are grouped by fuzzy clustering scheme, and then combined with the distribution target to build the material distribution mathematical model for intra-group solution,Results are given for solving genetic approaches and the group path arrangement. At last, this paper gives the optimization of the program and the original program of the material distribution model of the indicators of contrast. The experimental results show that the method has obvious advantages in material distribution time window, distribution distance, heavy load rate of material carrier and total cost. This topic can provide the reference and reference for the material distribution of the same type enterprise.
