For banks,the grassroots network has a certain importance.Grassroots network is not only the bank's business institutions,is to create a profit and revenue of corporate value sources,but also to improve their own product and service quality,to show a good image of the important leadership.So the bank's primary network service quality must be better,to be serious about customer service attitude.As soon as possible to enhance the level of service,significantly improve customer satisfaction,has become an important issue facing the bank at the grassroots level.From the nature of the bank itself,the bank should belong to the retail service industry,commercial banks within each agency,department or position around the service to carry out.Commercial banks use certain channels or channels to transfer their financial products through the way of service and obtain the corresponding economic profit.Therefore,one of the important content of commercial banks is the service management,the quality of commercial bank management situation basically depends on the level of service management and the quality of service provided by the quality of service.According to China's commercial banks,people and objects are the two main factors that affect the quality of service.Among them,the "person" refers to the bank staff's professional quality,service attitude and so on;"thing" refers to the office equipment,hardware facilities and the service environment provided.The key factor of "people" is the staff,need to put more emotion into service;the key factor of the "thing" is the improvement of the quality of the technology and the hardware.Only while taking into account the "people" and "things",to achieve the coordinated development of the two factors,the quality of service of commercial banks can be effectively improved.Commercial bank service is the sum of a series of services provided by banks to customers,and the satisfaction degree of customers will have a direct impact on the income,reputation and market share of the bank.Banks provide customers with high quality services to a certain extent,the impact of customer values,and effectively enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty to the bank,so as to effectively improve the competitiveness of banks in the market.This paper first present situation of the quality of basic network services of China's commercial banks to investigate and analyze the influencing factors of the service quality of commercial banks,and to conduct a survey on the existing Zengcheng branch of the Agricultural Bank basic network service quality,enumerates the outstanding problems in Zengcheng branch of the Agricultural Bank basic network service quality,and puts forward the corresponding the solution strategy,finally draws the related conclusion and outlook.I hope that this study will improve the quality of service of the bank at the grassroots level,and hope that the commercial banks can truly serve the people and correct their own shortcomings.My research is limited,so there are still many deficiencies in this paper.
