The Relationship Between Structural Optimization Of Manufacturing Industry And Economic Growth

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy is in a state of long-term growth,the national economic output of the average annual growth rate of more than 9%,people's living standards have been greatly improved.But in recent years,the industrial structure of the problem which is covered up in long-term gradually revealed,exacerbated downward pressure on the economic,the urgent need to adjust the industrial structure in order to maintain sustained and stable economic development.At present,scholars mainly focus on the study of inter-industry structure optimization on the impact of economic growth,but less research as an important part of industrial structure,manufacturing structure optimization of economic growth.This study takes Shandong as an example,and makes a theoretical and empirical analysis of the relationship between manufacturing structure optimization and economic growth,which is conducive to enriching the research contents of industrial structure.Shandong Province as the third largest economy in China,the second largest province,gross domestic product ranked third in the country,accounting for one in nine of China's GDP,its development not only affects the surrounding areas,but also has an exemplary role on the rest of the country.In the past period,the pattern of economic growth as a focus on expansive resources quantity,which of Shandong Province was dependent has come to an end.Therefore,accelerating the optimization and upgrading of the manufacturing structure is the key to the continuous growth of the economy in Shandong Province in the future.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature analysis,qualitative analysis,empirical analysis and comparative analysis.The first half of the article is mainly theoretical basis.The first is the review of research literature;The second is to discuss the concept and classification of manufacturing;Finally,it elaborate the theory of manufacturing structure optimization and economic growth theory.The second part of the article is mainly empirical analysis.First of all,through the data and graph analysis general situation of Shan dong Province's manufacturing industry optimization and economic growth.Secondly,it according to the relevant theory to build the model needed in this paper.On this basis,it accords the relevant data of the Shandong Province over the years about manufacturing and economic growth to carry on the empirical analysis.And then draw a conclusion: Rationalization of manufacturing structure on the promotion of economic growth effect have time inconsistency,that is,in the short term,the rationalization of manufacturing structure can not promote economic growth,but in the long run,the rationalization of manufacturing structure can promote economic growth,the main reason is the implementation of the policy and the effective allocation and use of energy have a certain degree of delay,need to be in a very long period of time will reach a certain effect;The high level of manufacturing structure is not a factor in economic growth when the rate of economic growth is relatively high,but it is a factor in economic growth when the rate of economic growth is relatively low.The main reason is that other factors that affect economic growth(investment volume,labor volume,productivity)play a major role in the rate of economic growth is relatively high,and when the rate of economic growth is relatively reduced,the investment in technology that advanced manufacturing structure of the impact of economic growth is more significant.However,in the long run,the high level of manufacturing structure can not promote economic growth.Finally,this paper puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions according to the research results,such as promoting the coordinated development of the region,playing the functions of the government and industry associations.Through these suggestions,it promote the optimization of manufacturing structure in Shandong Province,and then to achieve sustainable economic development in Shandong Province.
