Analysis Of Fruit And Vegetable Safety Of Agricultural Products In Fuzhou City And Countermeasures

By referring to the domestic and foreign laws and regulations about the safety of agricultural products,a large number of literature in agriculture information resources,agricultural database and a series of related fields;according to the people's Republic of China Agriculture industry standard NY/T 761-2008,using gas chromatography to carry on the organophosphorus and pyrethroid and buprofezin pesticide residue detection with a randomly selected sample from the processing of agricultural products,supermarkets,farmers market and wholesale market in Fuzhou;through extracting some farmers in Fuzhou city as the research object,by using the method of questionnaire about their quality safety awareness and understanding of fruit and vegetable agricultural production safety and regulatory,to knowing the farmers as the main production of agricultural products on the agricultural production safety awareness,and the quality and safety situation of fruits and vegetables agricultural products in Fuzhou city.On the basis of arrangement and comprehensive research on the domestic and foreign literature and the data obtained by testing and the information and views collected by investigating,and of referring to the foreign advanced experience,made comprehensive analysis on the connotation and the status and the causes of the agricultural products quality and safety problems.And aiming at how to improve the quality and safety system of the fruit and vegetable of Fuzhou agricultural products and the related system construction,and to solve the safety problems in the process "from farm to table",put forward countermeasures and suggestions to provide guarantee for the food security of people.
