In Qingdao To Build Food Quality And Safety Of Agricultural Products To Security System Research

There is an old saying: "hunger breeds discontentment, food security for the first". Food safety has become a great concern of the whole society and the hot issues, and the quality of the agricultural food is more important. But our country has not establish a universal guarantee system of the agricultural products and the food. Qingdao, as the leader city of Shandong province and the central city of the region, first build a guarantee system of the agriculture products is very practical and far-reaching significance for the development of the food.In this paper, there are including six parts: introduction, four chapters and the conclusion. Introduction described the purpose, significance and methods of the papers, reviewed the food safety management study of the domestic and international and summed up the basic framework of this paper, how to solve the major problems and the innovation about the food. The second chapter summered the international experience and enlightenment of the agricultural product quality security system, including the main methods of the developed countries and regions, how to strengthen the main food safety management practices; construction the experience on the consumption of farm produce quality safety and security systems, summed up the inspiration which we can used in the future. The third chapter summered the exploration and practice of the quality of agricultural products on how to strength it. Through recalling the development process of China's farm product quality and safety management of the past 30 years from reform and opening, summered up the new practice and progress in building a security system of the quality of agricultural products since we entered the new century and inspected the domestic part of the core city's successful practice and experience. Chapter four is about the ideas and countermeasures of the agricultural products quality and safety of food security system. It is brief description the status and the development of the recent years management about the food agricultural quality safety of Qingdao.
