In the context of accelerated economic globalization and WTO negotiations, the Free Trade Agreement(FTA)has flourished in all parts of the world. In order to promote intraregional trade freedom and reduce trade barriers among member countries,ASEAN countries have launched a RCEP to integrate existing FTA in East Asia,to promote interregional economic cooperation and Asia-Pacific Regional economic development. In this context, this thesis studies the impact of the decline of tariff rate, the shortened of Customs clearance time and the increase of OFDI on China's export trade after the study of RCEP.In qualitative analysis, this paper examines the export structure of China and RCEP members by calculating the specialization index, the complementarity index of export and the competitive index of export. The results show that China and RCEP members have strong complementarity in commodity trade structure in export. In the aspect of empirical test, this thesis adopts Panel-VAR model to select the data of RCEP members from 1995 to 2015,and the export effect of China after the completion of RCEP.The results show that in the long run,the decline in the import tariff rate, the shortened of Customs clearance time and the increase of OFDI has a significant effect on the expansion of China's foreign trade export. This thesis is composed of six chapters. The first chapter summarizes the research background of RCEP.The second chapter elaborates the theory of regional economic integration. The third chapter summarizes the RCEP generation, the progress of the negotiations and the main features. The fourth chapter analyzes the economic and trade relations in export between China and RCEP members. In the fifth chapter, the Panel-VAR model is used to study the impact of China's RCEP on China's export scale.Chapter 6 based on the previous analysis, provides countermeasures and suggestions for China.
