Research On Suitability Evaluation And Exploitative Partition Of Cultivated Land Reserve Resources In Jinzhou District Of Dalian City

In recent years,with the rapid social and economic development in Jinzhou district,the constructions have taken up a large number of cultivated land,which leads to the decrease of cultivated land quantity and threatens the food security of Jinzhou district.In addition,the unreasonable land development and utilization in some places of Jinzhou district have caused environmental problems and destroyed the local ecological balance.As a coastal area,the special ecological environment of Jinzhou district plays an important role in the strategic layout of Liaoning province.The development and construction of Jinzhou should take development and environmental protection into account simultaneously.Therefore,the appropriateness evaluation of the cultivated land reserve resources and researching the development partition is beneficial to the increase of cultivated land resources and ensuring food security of Jinzhou district.On the other hand,the quantitative analysis and evaluation of land resources is the demand of practical work,which promotes the reasonable use of resources and has important practical significance to the sustainable economic development of Jinzhou district.This paper takes Jinzhou district of Dalian city as an example,builds the suitable evaluation index system of cultivated land reserve resources basing on the local natural environment and social economic conditions,and obtains the result of cultivated land reserve resources suitability evaluation of Jinzhou district using the technology of ArcGIS.Based on the evaluation results,referring to the general land use planning and other aspects of Jinzhou,this paper partitions the development and utilization of cultivated land reserve resources of Jinzhou district,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions of the development and utilization.In this paper,the main conclusions are:(1)Basing on the internal factors and external factors of conversion of land into cultivated land,this paper selects appropriate indicators,obtains the suitability layer of cultivated land resources in Jinzhou district using the spatial overlay analysis function of GIS,and combine the land use planning,and partitions the development and utilization of cultivated land reserve resources of Jinzhou district basing on the general land use planning,Dalian basic farmland protection plan and other land use planning.(2)The highly suitable cultivated land resources are mostly from coastal beach land and other grassland,which mainly focus on coastal area of the Xingshu Street?Dengsha River Street and Dalijia town in the eastern part of Jinzhou district.The moderate cultivated land reserve resources are mainly from other grassland and bare land,which are mainly distributed in Taiwei Street and Dengsha River Street and some distributed in Huajiaotun Town,Xingshu Street,Wanli Street and Youyi Street.There are not moderate cultivated land reserve resources in Maqiaozi Street.The reluctantly suitable cultivated land reserve resources are mainly from mining land and other grassland,which is mainly distributed in Qidingshan Street and Daweijia Street in the northwest direction of Jinzhou district.(3)The development sequence of Cultivated Land Reserve Resources in Jinzhou district was partitioned.The area from the coastal areas of the Xingshu Street?Dengsha River Street and Dalijia town to Heda highway in the northeast of Jinzhou district are designated as a key development zone in the near future.The inland areas of Huajiatun town,Xingshu Street?Dengsha River Street in the northeast of the Jinzhou district are designated as the medium-term development zone.The Qidingshan Street,Daweijia Street,Desheng town and Dalijia town are designated as forward development zone.(4)This paper expounds the existing problems in the development and utilization of cultivated land reserve resources in Jinzhou district,and analyzes some problems such as soil and water loss,extensive use of beach and non-agricultural transformation of agricultural land in the process of development and utilization,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the future development and utilization of cultivated land resources.
