In the 20th century,a group of labor was born.They are the new generation staff.This part of the crowd lived in a different external environment.Therefore,they have a unique personality and professional characteristics.With the passage of time and economic development,the new generation staff has become the main force of the current workplace,due to age,many managers are still using the old management ideas and methods during enterprise management process,so there have been many management issues during management.Through the analysis of the new generation staff characteristics in the workplace,this paper has improved the management methods and ideas of the new generation staff.This paper is divided into the following six parts:Chapter one includes the topic background,research significance,literature review,research content and methods and innovation.In this paper,the literature review focuses on the six aspects of the values,motivating factors,incentive mode,work pressure,satisfaction,loyalty and turnover of the new generation staff.This paper analyzes the current research situation on the occupational characteristics of the new generation staff systematically.The second chapter introduces the related concepts and basic theories.The basic concept defines the concept of the new generation staff and professional characteristics,which will help to identify the research direction and focus.Basic theories include labor theory,Maslow demand,social exchange,Greenhouse career development theory and so on,which provides theoretical guidance and basis for this study.The third chapter introduces the growth environment and personality characteristics of the new generation staff.This part mainly summarizes the characteristics of the macroscopic environment and the characteristics of the work behavior of the group through the summary of the relevant literatures.Provide support for the investigation and analysis of the following occupational characteristics.The fourth chapter investigates and analyzes the occupational characteristics of the new generation staff.The survey was conducted through questionnaires and interviews.This paper designed relevant issues according to the situation of the previous literature,and selected new generation staff from representative enterprises to start an investigation.After obtaining the survey results,interviews results and the survey results were analyzed respectively,and the problems of the new generation staff and daily management problems were obtained.The fifth chapter presents the management and incentive recommendations of new generation staff from the management philosophy,leadership strategy,career management,fierce strategy and other four aspects.The recommendations were based on the new generation staff characteristics and existing problems in current management with a good relevance.The sixth chapter includes conclusions and prospects.It's the summary of the research results,it also analyzes the shortcomings of this study and the future direction.
