Innovation is the soul and inexhaustible power for the development and progress of the nation.For the enterprises,innovation is to find vitality and outlet,and also the key to win in fierce market competition.The new generation staff born after 1980 s have undoubtedly become the main force in the modern workplace,and the individual innovation is the foundation of organizational innovation.It can be said that the innovative ability of the new generation staff not only represents the innovation ability of the enterprise to a certain extent,but also the key to the enterprise to win in the fierce market competition.Meanwhile,the generation of individual innovative behavior is the result of psychological factors and situational factors.Therefore,taking the job characteristics as adjustment variable,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the impact of organizational identification on the innovative behavior of the new generation staff.Based on literature review and analysis,this study collect data through various channels,like collect questionnaires from students,friends and relatives.In this study,after excluding invalid questionnaires,222 valid questionnaires were retained.This study use SPSS22.0 statistical software to process and analyze the effective data collected,including validity and reliability test,factor analysis,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,variance analysis and regression analysis.And finally come to the conclusion: there is a significant positive correlation between the organizational identification and the innovation behavior of the new generation staff respectively.The skill variety in the two dimension of job characteristics regulates the relationship between organizational identification and the new generation staff' innovation behavior,and the job autonomy can not regulate the relationship between organizational identification and the innovation behavior of the new generation staff.
