Research On The Interactive Coordination Development Of Tourism And Low-carbon City In Huangshan City

The coordinated development of tourism and low-carbon city has important significance to achieve economic,social and ecological comprehensive coordinated and sustainable development.This paper taking Huangshan City as an example,firstly,analyzed the interaction mechanism between tourism and low-carbon city.Then constructed the evaluation index system of tourism system from three aspects: the tourist number,tourism revenue and tourism industry and four aspects of the low-carbon city: economic development,energy consumption,environmental development and social development.After understanding the current situation of tourism and low-carbon city development in Huangshan City.Using AHP-Entropy method(the combination of subjective and objective comprehensive weight)to determine the index weight,then calculated comprehensive development of tourism industry and of low-carbon city index from 2005 to 2015.Using the grey correlation method to analysis the correlation between the tourism development level and the index as well as the correlation between the low-carbon city development level and the index.Finally,analysed the harmonious interaction relationship between the development of tourism with the construction of low-carbon city in Huangshan City,builded the tourism and low-carbon city coupling coordination degree model and calculated the degree of coupling and coordinated development,then analysed the changes and influencing factors.The conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the index system of tourism system and low-carbon city system,through the standardization of the raw data processing,using AHP method and entropy method to come to the index weight,then calculated the tourism industry and low carbon city comprehensive development level.The results show: after 11 years of development,the tourism in Huangshan City has been greatly improved,increased from 0.0445 in 2005 to 0.8451 in 2015;Huangshan City has been developing rapidly in the aspects of economy,society,environment,energy saving,with the performance of low-carbon city's comprehensive index rising.In 2005,the low-carbon city development level was 0.3028.By 2015,this figure has been greatly improved to 0.7356,an increase of up to 1.43 times.(2)According to the calculation results of coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of tourism and low-carbon city in Huangshan City,the coupling degree is the lowest value in 2005 during the study period.The figure has reached more than 0.9 and at a relatively stable level from 2006.From the view of coordinated development,the coordinated development of tourism industry and low-carbon city in Huangshan City has rose from 0.3406 in 2005 to 0.8879 in 2015.The coordinated development of the two shows a significant upward trend from mild disorders to good coordination.The coordinated development level continuously improved.(3)The result analyzed by grey correlation model: The relationship between economic development and energy consumption is closely related to the number of tourists and tourism income.Specifically,the top three factors that affect the tourism system are the carbon productivity,urbanization rate,per capita GDP, the top three factors that affect the low-carbon city system are the international tourism income,the domestic tourism income,the domestic tourism.
