A Study On Development Of Oversea Economic Trade And Cooperative Zone Of China

In terms of international environment,the process of the world trade organization(WTO)multilateral negotiations has been blocked,there are many anti-dumping policy against China.The traditional export trade in China is facing a huge challenge;On the other hand,the number of international investment treaties cannot efficiently and manufacturing costs to cope with the complex and diverse overseas investment environment,therefore China need to development of our country export trade in another way.Looking from the domestic environment,first of all,China through the implementation of "going out" strategy to increase overseas investment,support and encourage Chinese enterprises transnational operation to trade with other countries,cross-border trade activities,and help them in such aspects as insurance and lending.The second,"One Belt And One Road" initiative core objective is to promote economic elements of free flow and efficient resource allocation and orderly market depth fusion,promote to carry out a wider range,higher level,at a deeper level of regional cooperation.Thus establishing overseas economic and trade cooperation zones become one of the important shortcut to accelerate economic development in our country.Cambodia is a southeast Asia countries,is also one of the association of southeast Asian nations,is one of the important nodes on the "The Belt and Road Initiative".Cambodia Sihanouk Ville Special Economic Zone is the first through the ministry of commerce,ministry of finance confirmed that one of the eight major overseas economic and trade cooperation zone.The hksar establishment and rapid development of Chinese trade and investment relationship with other countries for the future to provide more reference experience,so that China can actively involved in the economic globalization.Under this background,this paper using the theory of international trade,"The Belt and Road Initiative" and new geopolitical theory,theory of customs union,to go out strategy and south-south cooperation theory for the development of China’s foreign economic and trade cooperation zone,the present situation and so on were analyzed,and based on CNKI,ten thousand party,VIP,Chinese ambassador to Cambodia counsellor,Cambodia counsellor in China,the world bank,China’s foreign economic and trade cooperation zone,sihanouk port economic zone of sites such as the data on the study of China’s foreign economic and trade cooperation zone,the analysis of foreign economic and trade cooperation zone dynamicmechanism,process,significance,etc.At the same time,between the bilateral trade and investment and the development of the west Hong Kong,the present situation analysis,it is concluded that in the process of developing the west Hong Kong problem,and respectively from two aspects of Cambodia,China are also proposed.
