With the rapid of economic development and the advances in science and technology,the competitions between enterprises become more and more fierce.Enterprise innovation not only depends on the integration of their own knowledge resources,but also need to absorb external quality knowledge resources.In recent years,Internet technology makes it possible that publics participate in enterprise innovation,and occuring a intermediary platform that is called crowdsourcing community to link between enterprises and publics.But users don't have high activity and want to share knowledge that make the development of the community is not optimistic.In order to improve the task of crowdsourcing community and provide enterprise quality information,we need to explore the key influencing factors of knowledge sharing among users in crowdsourcing community.The principal component analysis is applied to extract the key factors that affect the knowledge sharing among the users in the crowdsourcing community,introduces the relationship embedding as the moderating variable,establishes the theoretical model,and studies the knowledge sharing mechanism of users in crowdsourcing community.The relationship embedding is divided into three dimensions: trust,relational intensity and commitment,and puts forward the research hypothesis and carry on the empirical analysis.This conclusions come out that firstly reward incentives,task orientation and interest participation are the key factors that affect the knowledge sharing of users in crowdsourcing community and have a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing.Secondly,For varying degrees of relationship embeddedness,the impact of reward incentives,task orientation,and interest participation on knowledge sharing is different in crowdsourcing communitiy.Relationship embeddedness has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between reward incentives and knowledge sharing,an active moderating effect on both the relationship between task orientation and knowledge sharing and the relationship between interest participation and knowledge sharing.The innovations are stated as follows.Firstly,we find the key factors that affect the knowledge sharing of users in crowdsourcing community.Secondly,we enrich the study of the relationship embedded in regulatory role.Thirdly,we construct the conceptual model of knowledge sharing of users in crowdsourcing community.
