The Research About The Influence Of Laos Financial Environment On Transportation Infrastructure Financing

The construction of transportation infrastructure plays an important role in the development of a country,it directly affects the state of the country's transportation,and the transportation situation has a great impact on the development of the national economy.Therefore,the construction and development of transportation infrastructure is related to the lifeblood of a country,is a symbol of the national economy,is the driving force and cornerstone of national development.At present transport infrastructure in Laos is very backward,it is necessary to develop.However,the development is backward,the economy is poor in Laos,and the construction of transport infrastructure often requires a lot of financial support,it is difficult to satisfy the demand of transportation infrastructure for national economic development only by government financial support and foreign aid.Therefore,Laos should make full use of various financing models,lead private capital and foreign capital reasonably and efficiently into the construction of domestic transport infrastructure.In the process of transportation infrastructure financing,the financial environment of a country plays a very important role.To optimize the financial environment can broaden the financing channels and adjust financing structure,to sound financial policies is conducive to the standardization of financing activities,so the perfect financial environment will be of great help to transportation infrastructure financing.However,the development of the financial environment in Laos is not ideal,the capital strength of the Laos banking industry is small,and the loan interest rate is too high,which makes the cost of corporate finance too high;the development of the securities industry in Laos is still in the initial stage with only five stocks in circulation,from the volume of transactions,people's enthusiasm for investing in stocks is not large,so there is no transportation infrastructure construction enterprises to finance from Laos stock exchange market;Laos has not set up their own credit management system,a good and orderly financial environment need each subject participating in financial activities has good credit,to improve the social credit system is very important to optimize the financial environment.At present,the current situation of the financial environment is not perfect,which increases the difficulty of the transportation infrastructure financing.In the writing process,first of all,I read a lot of internal and foreign literatures,and the literature were collected and summarized.Later,in order to better understand the current situation of Laos transportation infrastructure construction,the development of financial environment,transportation infrastructure financing and financing mode,I went to the Chinese construction enterprises in Laos to conduct investigation and master the first-hand data.Then I collated and analyzed the collected data,evaluated development condition of financial environment in Laos.Combined with the situation of the transportation infrastructure financing in Laos,and the protection of financial environment to transportation infrastructure financing,the paper studies the influence of financial environment on the transportation infrastructure financing.Finally,this paper used the method of case analysis,through the investigation of Vientiane comprehensive development project,financing situation and so on,analyzed this project and sum up experience.According to the above theoretical research and specific case analysis,the paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the Chinese enterprises that invest the transportation infrastructure in Laos.
