Research On Application Of Bot Financing Mode In Infrastructure Construction

With the acceleration of the process of economic development and urbanization in China, the demand for public infrastructure investment is increasing, but there are many drawbacks of traditional investment and financing mechanism, which hinder the development of our public infrastructure. In order to solve this problem, the state puts forward clearly the direction of market-oriented reforms in the public infrastructure investment and financing, and a growing number of non-governmental investment take in part in it.In this context, the paper research on the common and effective form-BOT mode by non-governmental investment who take part in the infrastructure constructionThis thesis mainly includes the following aspect:Firstly, it introduces the background, purpose,meaning, and the main content of the research.And then in the context of a growing number of non-governmental investment taking part in the infrastructure construction of public infrastructure, the paper clearly defines the concept of public infrastructure, BOT concept, the form and of advantages BOT; it also analyses the status quo of investment and financing in public infrastructure, makes clear the importance and feasibility of BOT in Chinese development, and does a preliminary study its scope.Take the actual public infrastructure projects as an example, the passage analyses the limited problem in the development of BOT projects in China,studies the participation, the legal environment, institutional structure and the economic evaluation system of the BOT modeat last, according to the existing obstacles in the BOT model’s running, the paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions, and proposes the development of new ideas and the outlook for the future of the BOT mode.The research perhaps can help to solve the problem in the course of the operation of the BOT project, so as to make the BOT model fully play its role in the construction of public infrastructure.
