The Research On The Application Of PPP In China’s Infrastructure Projects

Infrastructure of the comprehensive construction of China’s urban development has played a good role in promoting,traffic construction as an indispensable aspect of the construction of infrastructure, more pushed the development level of today’s China to a new height. The world bank’s research shows that every 1% increase traffic facilities construction,will cause 1% GDP growth. In China is developing with each passing day today,high-speed economic growth put forward higher requirements on construction of transport infrastructure. In recent years, however, China’s fiscal revenue growth is slowing, and increasing local government debt scale, continuously improve the risk,has made the traffic infrastructure construction invested by government governed unsustainable model of construction and operation. Problem of the growth of transport infrastructure construction and economic development to a new challenge to the traditional pattern of investment and operation. PPP "public-private partnership", he as a new financing model, aims to guide the private capital to enter the past only public products and services provided by the government departments, and brought both in cooperation form complementary advantages, the interests of a win-win situation. The development and application of PPP model to better resolve the contradiction between supply and demand of China’s transportation infrastructure.This article through to the current Chinese transportation infrastructure investment and financing mode, analysis of the current situation of China transportation infrastructure construction is described in this paper the necessity and importance of using the PPP financing pattern. And the combination of theory and practice,combining qualitative and quantitative analysis, empirical analysis and deductive reasoning the research method of combining traffic infrastructure construction research participants how to set up the capital structure and ownership structure to form a good partnership, on project level, legal level, the government should also make improvement and how to improve the reasonable suggestions are put forward.
