Financial Support For The Study Of The Development Of The Convention And Exhibition Industry In Yunnan Province

With the continuous development of the MICE(Meeting,Incentive,Convention,Exhibition)industry,the impact of MICE industry is more and more obvious to the regional economy.Owing to the distinctive natural environment and the experience of development accumulated before,Yunnan's MICE industry is with great potential under the new situation.Frankly speaking,finance plays an indispensable role to accelerate capital formation of MICE industry,as well as the sustainable development of it.However,as a result of the imperfect financial market,the speed of the development of Yunnan's MICE industry has been slow for a long time.So,it is particularly important to improve the financial market and build a reasonable financial support system for the MICE industry in Yunnan province.At present,there are a lot of scholars study on MICE industry and MICE economy in academia,but few focus on how can finance support MICE industry.Therefore,through the research,this paper is going to analysis the interactive relationship between the financial industry and the MICE industry,in order to give some financial advice to the development of MICE industry in Yunnan province.On the basis of literature research and actual investigation method,firstly,this paper analyzes the intrinsic theoretical logic that a reasonable financial structure,a moderate financial scale together with a high financial efficiency lead to a preferably development of MICE industry.Secondly,according to the actual survey,I find that there are a lot of questions in current financial support of MICE industry,such as the lack of source of finance,the credit squeeze,the resistance of IPO,the imperfect guarantee system,the absent of MICE industrial development fund and the disorderly management of MICE company.Thirdly,by using structural equation model,this paper set up a SEM model for the financial factors which influencing the development of MICE industry in Yunnan Province.This model can give us the path coefficient by fitting the model to the actual investigation data.Through the path coefficient,we can analyze the extent of those factors affecting the financial support of MICE industry in Yunnan province.Finally,according to the results,this paper puts forward some suggestion on the financial support for the development of the MICE industry in Yunnan province from three aspects: financial institutions,MICE enterprises and the government.As for the financial institutions,I suggest that they should easy credit and devote to financial products innovation.As for the financial institutions,I suggest that they should improve financial condition,expand the financing channel and promote merger and acquisition.As for the financial institutions,I suggest that they should expand the fiscal subsidies,provide fiscal policy and found the MICE industry fund.This study has some significance in improving the financial support for the development of the MICE industry in Yunnan Province to the benefit of a reasonable and comprehensive financial support system of MICE industry.Also,it will promote the organic combination of MICE industry and the financial industry,so as to improve the financial environment and the comprehensive competitiveness of MICE industry in Yunnan Province.The ultimate goal is to set up a new synergetic development pattern which MICE industry and the financial industry can be in sustainable development.
