With the rapid economic development,financial as a catalyst for economic activities and lubricants,the important role in the national economy is more and more prominent,the banking industry is the main body of the financial system,nature and the national economy and one of the important industries.At present,China has become one of the world's major economic entities,in the economic,cultural and other aspects of the gradual integration of the world,the banking industry is no exception.The banking system is constantly reforming,the banking industry in the vigorous development of the wave of reform,not only state-owned banks to go abroad,more star city commercial banks continue to grow development,listing or seeking international development.However,with the slowdown in China's economy in recent years,capital markets gradually open,a large number of foreign banks to enter the Chinese market,and domestic banks launched a fierce competition,their thin city commercial banks in this environment is some powerless.This article is in this context,China City Commercial Bank began to start SCP paradigm research.City commercial banks with local government support can be said to be local oligarchs and nature.Industrial organization theory is mainly applied to the market of imperfect competition,which is very similar to the nature of the market structure of city commercial banks.Based on this theory,this paper uses the classical theory of industrial organization theory-SCP paradigm theory,namely structure-behavior-performance theory,to study the market structure,market behavior and market performance of Chinese urban commercial banks,and their relationship.This article is divided into five chapters designed,respectively,in different aspects of the description.Chapter 1: Introduction.First of all,from two aspects of domestic and foreign aspects of the background of writing,and then elaborate the research ideas of thepaper,the form of flow chart expression method,leading to writing methods and pointed out the innovation.Chapter 2: Overview of relevant theories and practices.This chapter is the theoretical basis of this paper,namely,industrial organization theory and SCP theory.The second part describes the theoretical basis of this paper,namely,industrial organization theory and SCP theory.The second part describes the theoretical basis of this paper,namely,industrial organization theory and SCP theory.Chapter 3: Analysis of SCP Framework of Chinese Urban Commercial Banks.This chapter is the focus of this paper,according to the city commercial banks from the market structure,market behavior,market performance research three aspects of the SCP theory.Each aspect from the introduction of relevant concepts and indicators to start,and as a basis for the analysis of three aspects of the city.Chapter 4: An Empirical Study on the SCP Framework of China 's Urban Commercial Banks.Because of the Harvard Business School's SCP theory,this theory focuses on the relationship between market structure and market performance.Therefore,this chapter focuses on the empirical relationship between market structure and market performance.Based on the previous chapters,this paper selects the data of15 cities and commercial banks from 2010 to 2016 as samples,and uses DEA model and multiple linear regression model to study the relationship between market structure and market performance.Chapter 5: Conclusions and Suggestions.Based on the results of the previous study,we first summarize the existing SCP theory,second according to the results of the study of urban commercial companies in the future development of the corresponding recommendations.
