As a key part of financial support for local industries,urban commercial banks are an important part of the financial system in China.Their stable development plays an important role in regional financial environment,accelerating local industrial construction and social stability.However,in the long-term development process,many of the listed city business behavior to meet the requirements of the listing,take various measures to expand the scale of overdue loans,bad assets,etc.to cover up the scale of non-performing assets.In view of the above problems,this paper based on Basel2 as the basic risk management theory,based on the conceptual definition of the bad assets of commercial banks,according to the academic standards of bank management of bad assets and the banking sector on the commercial banks The paper analyzes the status of non-performing assets of Chinese commercial banks,measures and evaluates the management of non-performing assets of commercial banks,and makes an in-depth analysis and research on the problems faced by non-performing assets.In this paper,taking R Bank as an example,this paper first reviews the relevant theories and academic research of the management of non-performing assets in urban commercial banks.Basel2 is used as the theory of bank risk framework to analyze the meaning of non-performing assets of banks,classification of non-performing loans and main types and prevention of loan risks and control The theory of bad assets,lay the theoretical foundation for the follow-up study of the paper.Secondly,the article analyzes the non-performing assets of urban commercial banks and its influence,and analyzes the management plan and measures of R bank's bad assets.Again,the analysis and identification of R bank bad asset management problems and causes.It is found that there are some problems in the management of non-performing assets in R bank,such as unsound system of disposal of bad assets,strict control of non-performing assets,asymmetry of information caused by distorting the results of bad assets evaluation,lack of efficiency of internal non-performing assets,The reasons are more complex,subject to many factors,including institutional factors and market factors double superposition is the root cause.Finally,this article focuses on improving the comprehensive management ability of R bank,from the perspective of effective disposal of long-term accumulation of non-performing assets,put forward the relevant recommendations: First,pay attention to cooperation with the property rights trading institutions,the effective disposal of non-performing assets;the second is for government and sector support,Mode and trust methods,the effective disposal of non-performing assets;third is to regulate the internal control of technical regulations and standards to prevent the emergence of new non-performing assets.This topic draws the following conclusions:Non-performing assets are objectivity in their formation,but they often lead to a large difference in their assets due to the large differences in the countries and times they generate and the banks they generate.With the external analysis,we can see that the macro-environment has a greater impact on the formation of non-performing assets of banks.Once the bank's non-performing assets are stripped,there are still serious problems in the management of credit management and risk management.Asset rebound.Innovation conclusions are as follows:(1)In view of R Bank is proceeding to carry out the case of non-performing assets securitization in-depth discussion,focusing on the bank's current application of specific methods and put forward the corresponding views.(2)From the R bank's non-performing asset disposal methods,extracted for China's urban commercial banks to deal with the rationalization of non-performing assets.
