Research On The Passive Exit Of The Founder Under The Goal Of Maximizing Corporate Value

The exit of the founder is an important phenomenon in the enterprise management,which is closely related to the survival and development of the enterprise.When China's economic develop rapidly,it has become a fact that the founder was forced to withdraw from the enterprise,especially when they face to a fierce external capital expulsion.Founder was expelled from the enterprise will impact on the value of the enterprise,research shows that founder exit will have a positive or negative impact on the enterprise value.Due to the founder's own personality and his human resource,founder to be the actual controller for the enterprise is good to enhance the value of the enterprise.But in fact,for individual benefit,founder may adopt various means to evade supervision to empty company,they will damage the enterprise value.Founders were expelled from the enterprise make a positive impact on enterprise value.Taking NVC as an example,and the two different results of founder,Wu Changjiang,was force to withdraw from the enterprise as the research object,this paper discusses the conditions of the founder's forced withdrawal based on the positive changes of firm value,and establish the theoretical analysis framework.The first part of this article is the introduction,mainly discusses the research background and the mentality.The second part is the basic theory,which mainly introduces the theoretical basis of the research.The third part is the NVC event process,introduces the background of the case.The fourth part is the analysis of NVC case,studies the founder exist condition and the main influence of enterprise value,then establish the framework of founder exit.The fifth part is conclusions and recommendations,summarizes the full text.
