Tourism has become a key element for the promotion of the economic condition of all the areas in China nowadays. China has abundant water resourse,and the emergence of reservoir tourism has gradually taken a crucial role in tourism development.The frontier co-exist reservoirs are the ones lie accross the verges of adminstrative divisions,due to the complication of the beneficial units in the exploitation,the conflict is guadually raised in the preservation,exploitation and the utilization of tourism resources,which has a bad influence on the whole benefit and the built-up of the brand of the reservoir tourism.Therefore,it’s extremely critical to take everyone involved into consideration and find ways to resolve problems so that the conflict can be properly alleviated and the sustainable development can be applied in the exploitation of the frontier co-exist reservoirs.This article mainly researches on the tourism exploitation of the frontier co-exist reservoirs,guided by the relevant theories,it insight on the beneficial conflict between and in the reservoir tourism exploitation,and proposes the moderating measures for different adminstrative divisions.The article is devided into six chapters,the introduction comes first,which includes the writing background,the significance and some tactics in relation; the second one puts forward the characters and the condition of the frontier co-exist reservoirs;the third contains the analysis of the beneficial layout and expounds the beneficial demands and the causes of the conflicts;the fourth chapter majors in the solution,which advocates a cooperating idea to the problem;the fifth chapter uses the Jiangxi XiHai reservoir as an example,combines the theorier of this article and the practical condition of the XiHai reservoir to come up with a better solution; Then the article draw a conclusion in the last chapter.
