Research On The Cooperative Relationship Between Rookie Logistics And Express Delivery Enterprises Based On Game Theory

Since 2013,with the increasing competition in the field of logistics between electricity providers and the rapid rise in the rate of logistics complaints of Ali electricity,Cainiao logistics "layered service partner program" came into being.The original intention of the program is to encourage express companies to enhance the level of logistics services.The results,the introduction of this program,led to the SF together ShenTong,ZhongTong,YunDa form the independent alliance to resist,the trust plummet between express companies and Cainiao logistics,the cooperation intention of other express companies reduce.The cooperative relation between Cainiao logistics and express enterprises is stagnating and even retrogressing.The paper is based on the literature review and aims to promote the cooperation relationship between Cainiao logistics and express companies.First,the paper puts to use the method of evolutionary game and numerical simulation,and constructs evolutionary game model according to the game relationship between the Cainiao logistics and express companies and the the influence factors,and explores the evolutionary path of relationship between Cainiao logistics and express companies and the effect of each factor on the evolutionary path.Second,based on the cooperative game theory,the paper studies the issue of cooperation relationship about trust between Cainiao logistics and express companies,and establishes the cooperation game model for the after effect or without.Final,based on the above research,the paper puts forward measures to promote cooperation between Cainiao logistics and express companies.Research results show that the stable relationship between Cainiao logistics and express companies will ultimately form has two kinds:one kind is Cainiao logistics inefficient construction platform,express companies do not cooperate;one is the Cainiao logistics efficient construction platform,express companies cooperation.Among them,the evolution path of the relationship between Cainiao logistics and express companies is affected by the following factors:the excess return,the investment cost,the risk cost and the loss cost.At the same time,Cainiao logistics and express companies must have a certain value of initial trust,in order to ensure the smooth cooperation;and the trust behavior of game subject in the process of cooperation could contribute to the long-term stability cooperation relationship.Finally,on the Cainiao logistics position,according to the two aspects:attracting express companies enter Cainiao platform,improving the trust degree of express companies for Cainiao logistics platform,the paper construct measures to promote cooperation between the Cainiao logistics and express companies.
