In recent years, with the rapid development of electronic commerce in our country, poor services of express logistics have become increasingly prominent. One important reason is that in the "last mile", the courier company work alone, resulting in high cost of distribution, low efficiency, environmental pollution, waste of social resources and other issues. Japan, Germany and many other countries promote common distribution. The practical results show that mutual cooperation, joint distribution can greatly reduce the vehicle distribution, distribution costs, environmental pollution and save social resources. If the courier business cooperate for common distribution, resource sharing, complementary advantages, it will greatly improve the efficiency of logistics and distribution, reduce distribution costs. However, different scale enterprises often have obstacle in the cooperation. This paper takes enterprises’ benefit as the foundation, analysis the influence factors of different enterprises choosing different strategies of status probability of different scale enterprises from the perspective of evolutionary game. Also we discuss the competition and cooperation mechanism of enterprises of different sizes in the process and the result of evolution.In this paper, through the study we find:(1) the cost of competition is an important determinant factors of competition and cooperation of logistics enterprises; the greater the cost between the express logistics enterprises, they are more inclined to cooperation.(2) the interests express logistics enterprises want to compete for, has an important influence on the strategy; for the greater benefit, the greater the probability of taking the competition strategy.(3) More sensitive on the opponent strategy, both sides take the competition strategy more unfavorable, cooperation strategy can promote both expected revenue increase.(4)With the increase of enterprise niche, game opponents are more likely to adopt competitive strategy, the probability of evolutionary game results to the (competitive strategy, competitive strategy) increases.(5)Cooperation strategy with additional revenue increased will promote enterprises of both sides to take cooperation strategy.(6) The probability of cooperation between the two sides to take the competition strategy has an important influence on the evolution process. The greater probability of taking the competition strategy, the balance time is shorter, and with faster emergence evolution results.Based on the research conclusions, the author put forward some suggestions for the development of express industry. At the end of the paper lists the limitations and future research directions of this paper.
