Study On The Governance Of Floating Population’s Relative Poverty In Inner Mongolia

At present,the poverty has been viewed as a normal socio-economic phenomenon,and the measure of poverty is mainly based on the level of economic income,which leads to the difficulty of the definition and the solution of the poverty for the ones between the urban and rural population.However,floating people are under different poverty situation,whose economic incomes are just slightly higher than the poverty line and they could not reach the same standard of living,social and economic treatment as the urban population,this goes by the name of ’relatively poor’The ’relatively poor’ phenomenon of the huge number of floating people is harmful to the fairness and justice of the society and is not conducive to the construction and development of harmonious Inner Mongolia.Therefore,It is relevant to the point and has realistic significance to strengthen the study for the poverty of the floating population in Inner Mongolia.The current situation of the floating population and the challenges it faces are analyzed on the basis for the poverty definition and other related theories of floating population,while the internal causes of the relative poverty are given by unscrambling the related data and documents.Finally,the paper puts forward the paths for solving the relative poverty of the floating population in Inner Mongolia,and proposes the reasonable suggestion on how to deal with the relative poverty of the floating population.
