An Analysis On The Interaction Of Urbanization Process And Industrial Structure Evolution In Heilongjiang,China

With the continuous development of economy,urbanization and industrial structure are the two basic economic factors that are associated with each other.In the adjustment of industrial structure,urbanization will not only promote the change of output,but also promote the upgrading of the structure.The development of urbanization has provided a broader space and platform for the evolution of industrial structure,and the adjustment of industrial structure has further promoted the development of urbanization.Although in recent years,the rapid development of the economy of Heilongjiang Province constantly raises the level of urbanization,the industrial structure is in constant adjustment and upgrading,but with the national average level,there is a certain gap and especially there is still a great improvement compared with the coastal developed provinces of space.The reason of the development of cities and towns in Heilongjiang province is lagging behind in many aspects,mainly because Heilongjiang province is a major agricultural province,the main pillar industry is agriculture,and there are lower service industry output and employment proportion than other developed regions;another one is that the Heilongjiang province is located in border area,due to the geographical location and climatic conditions and other factors,poor infrastructure,social security system is not perfect,the industrial structure unreasonable distribution and unbalanced development of the cities will affect the development of urbanization.Therefore,it is necessary to study the interactive relationship between urbanization and industrial structure evolution in Heilongjiang,find out the short board,learn from the successful experience,and vigorously develop the economy.Based on a lot of documents and theories,using the qualitative and quantitative analysis method of combining the status quo of urbanization and industrial structure in Heilongjiang province has a preliminary understanding,and then analyzes the impact of urbanization in Heilongjiang province on the first and the second industry and the third industry structure,meanwhile we need deep into the industry and influence to analyze the urbanization of industrial production resources and industry products.Next,it will be further analysis of the correlation between urbanization level and industrial structure.Again,according to the relevant indicators of urbanization and industrial structure of Heilongjiang Province in 1995-2014,through co integration analysis and error correction model test on the relationship,the third industry contribution in promoting the urbanization process in the power industry is more than second,third one in the long-term and stable relationship.Finally,to use the Grainger causality test,the test results show that urbanization has a certain role in promoting the evolution of the industrial structure and have no adverse effect.Putting forward reasonable policy recommendations for the conclusion of the paper is in order to provide reference for the construction of new urbanization and the optimization of industrial structure in Heilongjiang province.
