Research On The Relationship Between Structure And Industrial Structure In Shandong Province Exports Change

With the rapid development of world economic integration, trade and production factors in the global free flow, which greatly promoted the development of international trade. With economic globalization, the developed countries to begin the transfer of industries to developing countries. While developing countries are constantly using capital,technology and management experience of advanced countries in the world to optimize their industrial structure, accelerate the process of industrialization. In the wave of economic integration, countries are expected to achieve in close communication resources in the global economy complementary advantages, the opportunity to use foreign trade to constantly adjust and improve its economic structure. Thus, the impact of foreign trade of a country or region of industrial structure adjustment is extremely important. Since the reform and opening up, economic development in Shandong Province and the world economy more closely, the great achievement of external development, but there are also many problems, while in the industrial structure of Shandong Province also unreasonable,and industrial structure and foreign trade development are closely linked, to coordinate the development of foreign trade and industrial structure is very important. From a perspective of foreign trade- export commodity structure to analyze the relationship between Shandong Province export structure and industrial structure.In the paper, the literature at home and abroad on the basis of carding, between the two export commodity structure and industrial structure theoretical analysis, the conclusion is in a country opening up, the industrial structure determines the structure of export commodities, while exports would be counterproductive in the commodity structure evolution of a country’s industrial structure.Then the status of export commodities and industrial structures in Shandong province were analyzed and concluded that the degree of opening of Shandong province gradually deepened, expanding foreign trade, foreign economic development in the status of the national economy is increasing. However, foreign trade structure is still unreasonable.Industrial structure of Shandong Province in continuous optimization, from "two one three" structure upgraded to "two three one" structure,and according to its developmenttrend, will soon develop into a "three two one" ideal state. However, the internal structure of the three industries in Shandong Province, the economic development in the future, still need to optimize the internal structure.Finally, from the number of co-integration test model, semi-logarithmic model Shandong Province export structure and industrial structure empirical analysis, concluded that the export structure is Granger causality industrial structure, while the industrial structure is Granger causality export commodity structure. The different types of export commodities will result in different effects of industrial structure, manufactured exports and proportion of primary industry and secondary industry was negatively correlated with the proportion of tertiary industry was positively correlated, while exports of primary products in the first a negative correlation between the proportion of industry, there is no correlation with the proportion of secondary industry and tertiary industry. Similarly, the three industries have different effects on the export structure changes. The first industrial development and share of manufactured exports was positively correlated with commodity exports correlation is weaker than other industries. Second industrial development and the proportion of exports of manufactured goods negatively correlated with the proportion of primary products exports was a positive correlation.
