In China,the real estate industry has been a key industry in the development of the national economy.The growth of the real estate industry has,to a certain extent,promoted the development of other industries in China and occupies a vital position in the social economy.With the rapid development of the real estate industry in these years,China's major cities in the real estate industry development situation can be described as experienced a good stage of scenery,but with the real estate is now saturated with the state,prices remain high Embarrassing situation.Therefore,how to adjust the price,to explore the impact of housing prices of the core factors of the topic more and more attention,but for the study of housing prices in Liaoning Province is slightly thin.Therefore,this paper takes the housing prices of 14 prefecture-level cities in Liaoning Province as the research basis,and makes an in-depth and comprehensive study on the development of real estate market in Liaoning Province.This article has a total of six chapters,the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter for the research methods,the sixth chapter for the focus of the chapter.This paper first discusses the status of real estate industry in economic development.Secondly,it introduces the current situation of real estate development in Liaoning Province and analyzes the existing problems.In this paper,using the relevant statistical data of economic indicators,combined with DMSP / OLS night lighting Data analysis,Voronoi Tyson diagram and SPSS multiple regression analysis of Liaoning real estate price development and economic correlation were studied,and summed up the impact of Liaoning Province,the overall housing prices of several elements,focusing on the level of development from the urbanization,economic The development level and the relevant policies of the country.The sixth chapter summarizes the development problems,the current situation and the factors that affect the housing prices in Liaoning Province,which are mentioned in the previous chapters,And put forward the construction of real estate sustainable development evaluation index system,real estate financial investment in Liaoning Province and real estate in Liaoning Province to put forward the rationalization of real estate proposals.Through the research of this paper,we try to analyze the factors that affect the price of real estate in Liaoning area,so as to provide a comprehensive understanding and evaluation of the overall development of real estate in 14 cities in Liaoning Province and provide policy for its future sustainable development On and evaluation of the theoretical basis for the realization of real estate in Liaoning Province,the sustainable and healthy growth.
