Study On The Tourists' Perception And Adjustment Behavior Of Changle Holiday Resort In Nanjing

Now due to the impact of people's life and work,holidays time travel time in the conflict,the area within a certain period of time there will be overcrowding,so tourist scenic spot in the overcrowded situation of behavior adjustment in the perception of crowding,improve self recreation experience is particularly important,so the theoretical research of the perception of crowding experience,recreational behavior adjustment and tourists of this paper,combined with practice,and strive to the conclusion put forward suggestions and help for managers.In this paper,we mainly study the relationship between the three aspects of crowding perception,adjustment behavior and recreation experience.The factors that influence the adjustment behavior and the types of adjustment behavior.Nanjing Changle resort for example,field investigation and questionnaire survey summary network questionnaire,SPSS software through the use of descriptive statistical analysis,factor,correlation analysis and other methods to analyze the data,draw conclusions.The results are as follows:(1)the perception of crowding is contrary to the experience of recreation;(2)there are three kinds of adaptive behaviors in the crowded environment:cognitive adjustment,behavior adjustment and time adjustment.Cognitive adjustment is through its own consciousness adjustment to adjust congestion,behavior adjustment is moving in different locations to feel crowded into practice,adjustment is to change the travel time to avoid congestion;(3)through the analysis of the data showed that the influence factors of coping behavior in four ways:social and economic characteristics,tourist characteristics,expected congestion,in environmental characteristics.In this paper,we give some suggestions on how to improve the experience of tourists in the crowded situation.How to avoid the influence of other people's bad behavior on the recreation experience.At the same time,we should strengthen the construction of tourism infrastructure,improve service levels,planning to design a multi tour route scattered people,making the tour peak,visitors can selectively avoid congestion,but also to the crowded attractions are monitored and live radio broadcast,inform to the tourist attractions,avoid crowded.
