In recent years, along with the reform of the national holiday system, the leisure tourism and holiday tourism become the necessary part in the people’s daily life day by day. But along with the tourism flourishing, beach resort as the one of the important experience holiday resorts, appears the "waves of visitors" phenomenon. However, some scholar’s research shows that crowded move and satisfaction become direct ratio. The reason is tourists through coping behaviors cope with the practical situation, which causes tourists ignore the fact that tourism experience quality has quietly changed. So the problem that whether crowding perception and tourist’s loyalty also becomes direct ratio worth discussing. The study of the impact of crowding perception on coping behaviors and tourist’s loyalty plays an important role in the situation of the beach resort’s development, operation and management, and relates to the beach resort’s sustainable development. So How to improve tourist loyalty, and then drive on the beach resort’s sustainable development, is a significant theory and the practice exploration from the perspective of the scenic spot capacity and tourist’s behavior management.The aims of this paper are as following:(1) study factors on crowding perception of beach resort’s tourist and attempts to explore the factors on the coping behaviors;(2)explore the relationship between crowding perception, coping behaviors and tourist’s loyalty and tries to explore intermediary effect of coping behaviors on crowding perception and tourist’s loyalty;(3) explore tourists would take what kinds of coping behaviors when they were exposed to crowding pressure;(4) Based on the investigation and analysis of the market, provide relevant suggestions for the beach resort’s development and construction, lessening crowding situation, improving tourist’s loyalty.The research processes of this paper are (1) proposing the problem:the "waves of visitors" phenomenon is obvious in beach resort. Beach resort is crowding or not becomes one of the important factors for the tourists’decision to travel. Crowding circumstance would affect tourist’s loyalty? Tourists would take what actions to deal with the crowding situation? All of these are a problem worth pondering.(2) analyze the problem:firstly, the paper, through reviewing the related literature of crowding perception, coping behaviors and tourist’s loyalty, based on theoretical basis, such as the crowding theory, the relationship between crowding perception and coping behaviors and the necessity of studying tourist’s loyalty and so on, build theoretical model and proposes research hypotheses; secondly, using AMOS17.0and SPSS17.0statistical software to describe the data obtained by structural equation model test, hypotheses test, variance analysis; finally concluded.(3) solve the problems:provide relevant suggestions for lessening crowding situation, improving tourist’s loyalty.The conclusion of this paper includes the following points:(1) Crowding norms, tourism characteristics and scenic spot environment have significant effects on crowding perception; scenic spot environment and crowding perception have significant effects on coping behaviors.(2) Crowding perception has a significantly negative effect on tourist’s loyalty; coping behaviors have a significantly positive effect on tourist’s loyalty, so the indirect negative effect of crowding perception on tourist’s loyalty is smaller than the direct negative effect.(3) Coping behaviors have a significant intermediary effect on crowding perception and tourist’s loyalty. So guiding tourists take coping behaviors to ease crowding perception properly is also a desirable strategy.(4) When a visitor is exposed to the pressure of different level from the crowding, tourist’s interference and scenic environment, they will take different coping behaviors in order to realize the coordination of their own pay and satisfaction. And that remind beach resort managers cannot take pure satisfaction as the reference index of the local tourism quality, must take the site visitors’coping behaviors into consideration.(5) Tourism characteristics, tourist’s interference and scenic spot environment are indirect restriction factors of improving tourist’s loyalty. If want to improve tourist’s loyalty, from the above factors is more ideal and the basic measures.(6) Tourists can accept the highest visitor number is1000in their look straight view range. When the number of visitors to400tourists may produce negative person feel. Because crowding norms can not change in a short time, only through adjusting the number of visitors to ease crowding perception and improve tourist’s loyalty.(7) In background variables, only tourist’s gender has a significant influence on crowding perception. However, tourist’s gender, professional and monthly income level has a significant effect on coping behaviors in the background variables.
