Influencing Factors Of Tobacco Farmers' Willingness To Participate In Tobacco Cooperatives In JianpingCounty

Farmers' professional cooperatives are the great pioneers that the masses of peasants actively explore in the social production time.It is an important way to stabilize and perfect the rural basic management system and innovate the rural management system.In recent years,with the continuous development of modern tobacco agriculture,tobacco farmers cooperatives have also been produced in various regions,and in recent years the increasing number.Jianping County since the 80s of last century began to plant flue-cured tobacco,has been more than 20 years of history,tobacco as one of Jianping County,one of the main economic crops,accounting for the majority of Jianping County tax.In recent years,with the support of the State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau and local tobacco companies,the number of tobacco cooperatives in Jianping County has increased significantly and the pace of development has been increasing rapidly.But in the development also appeared in the enthusiasm of farmers and peasants is not high,the degree of low awareness of the cooperative.In this paper,by reviewing the literature,field survey,descriptive statistical analysis,comprehensive use of the professional knowledge,from the tobacco farmers personal characteristics,tobacco farmers family characteristics,production characteristics,external environmental impact,awareness of cooperatives,tobacco companies The degree of support to these factors into the questionnaire design,the use of field investigation method Jianping County Taiping Township,103 farmers to investigate.The results of the questionnaire were sorted out and the descriptive statistical analysis method was used to further analyze the situation of farmers' participation in cooperatives and the influencing factors.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:gender,age,income of tobacco industry,and the support degree of tobacco company are the influencing factors of willingness of farmers in Taipingzhuang Township of Jianping County.Based on the above analysis and the present situation of the development of tobacco cooperatives in Jianping County,the paper puts forward some suggestions and give corresponding countermeasures from tobacco companies and farmers.
