Study On Farmers' Intention To Participate In Land Stock Cooperatives And Its Influencing Factors

As China's rural population continues to shift to cities,the number of rural young and middle-aged labor is decreasing.The household contract responsibility system explored at the beginning of reform has lost its original advantages.Therefore,it has become an important way to promote the development of China's agricultural modernization through effective ways to promote land circulation and promote the current agriculture to turn to moderate-scale operations.In view of this,Land Stock Cooperatives came into being.And constantly changing to adapt to the new situation of land circulation.However,the land share cooperative is still at the exploratory stage and the willingness of farmers to participate is not strong.Based on the above research background,this paper selected and studied the willingness and influence factors of rural households participating in land share-based cooperatives.It is of great significance to explore new problems in the course of practice,to increase farmers'willingness to participate in land share cooperatives,to promote their orderly and healthy development,and to advance agricultural modernization.This article takes Weiji Town and Gaolou Town of Lingbi County,Anhui Province as the survey site.First,we reviewed the literature and theories concerning land transfer and land share cooperation system at home and abroad,and learned about the research status of this topic at home and abroad.Secondly,the influencing factors of farmers'willingness to participate in land share cooperatives are analyzed from the aspects of householder personal characteristics,family basic conditions,cognitive and psychological factors,farmer economic behavior theory,transaction cost theory,scale economy theory and other internal and external factors.Then,a sample survey was carried out for Weiji Town and Gaolou Town in Lingbi County,and statistical analysis was conducted on the survey results.On this basis,a logistic regression model was constructed and regression analysis of the survey data was performed using the model.We explored the factors influencing farmers' willingness to participate in land share-holding cooperatives,and proposed corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for new issues emerging in the practice process,so as to promote the healthy development of land-based stock cooperatives.The empirical research results show that sample farm households generally have a certain understanding of land share cooperatives.They are generally satisfied with their management system and operating conditions,and they have a higher willingness to participate in the land shareholding cooperatives,which is conducive to the further development of the land shareholding cooperatives.Among them,the cultural level of the head of household,the level of understanding of the cooperative,the level of household income per capita,the proportion of non-agricultural income,and the attitude of the village collective and the surrounding people to the cooperative have a significant positive effect on the farmers' willingness to participate in the land share cooperative.The household head's gender,age and the total number of households,the land size have no significant effect on farmers' willingness to participate in land share cooperatives.According to the research results,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and recommendations.Establishing and improving laws and regulations related to land share cooperation system,to protect and standardize the development of land share cooperatives.The reform of the land shareholding system should follow the principle of "voluntary,orderly,and appropriate" and proceeding gradually and steadily.Establishing a Sound Social Security System in Rural Areas to solve the Worry of Farmers' Production and Life.Strengthening publicity to increase farmers' awareness of land share cooperatives.Paying more attention to farmer training,raising farmers' scientific and cultural level,to inject potential power into agricultural and rural development.
