Influencing Factors Of Farmers' Willingness To Join The Farmers' Professional Cooperatives In Changtai County

Under the background of marketization and internationalization,the form of individual management and the small scale of operation have become the important factors which restrict the sustainable development of agriculture in our country.In order to deal with the intense market competition and the uncertain natural risks,the farmer specialized cooperatives arises at the historic moment.In recent years,the government unveiled policies,related laws and regulations to promote the development of cooperatives,famer cooperatives develop rapidly.It plays an increasingly important role in improving production organization and withstanding risks.Farmer Cooperatives has become a significant bridge between the small household production and large market competition mechanism.However,the attractiveness of farmer cooperatives farmers is still not strong enough,and the famers' participation willingness is not strong.This paper attempts to study farmers'willingness to join the farmer cooperatives and its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for the development of farmers' professional cooperatives.This paper presents the current situation of farmers' professional cooperatives in Changtai County.Besides,it is assumed that the farmers to join the influence factors of willingness of farmers' professional cooperatives on the basis of literature review and theoretical analysis.At the same time,the influencing factors of farmers'willingness to join the farmers' professional cooperatives are analyzed by descriptive statistics in the paper.Then basis in Changtai County of farmers in the sample survey data,using logit regression method for quantitative analysis of farmers to join the influence factors of willingness of farmers' professional cooperatives found:first,in the farmer household characteristics,affecting farmers join specialized farmers cooperatives wishes the significant factors is headed by education degree and agricultural income proportion,and there was a significant positive correlation.Second,in the characteristics of farmers' production and management,farmers' cultivated land area and farmers'willingness to join the farmers' professional cooperatives will show a significant negative correlation.Third,in the characteristics of agricultural product sales,sales of agricultural products difficult and easy degree,the commercialization of agricultural products,farmers on price fluctuation of agricultural products market sensitivity and farmers join the wishes of farmers' professional cooperatives had a significant positive correlation.Fourth,and related characteristics of cooperatives,the cognitive degree of farmers' professional cooperatives of farmers,and farmers' professional cooperatives responsible person is of family relationship,farmers' professional cooperatives whether to provide sales brokered with farmers join specialized farmers cooperatives willingness was significant positive correlation.Fifth,in the degree of support of the local government,the government's willingness to provide policy support and technical support to the farmers' professional cooperatives and farmers to join the farmers' professional cooperatives was significantly positively correlated.According to the previous analysis,the suggestions are as follow:increasing the degree of the government support,encouraging the development of farmers'professional cooperatives,increasing the degree of commercialization of agricultural products,improving the sales proportion of agricultural products,strengthening the education and training of farmers,improving the quality of farmers,improve farmers'awareness of farmers' professional cooperatives,and promoting farmers' professional cooperatives to provide farmers with agricultural products sales services,etc.They can enhance farmers' willingness to join the farmers' professional cooperatives and promote the further development of it.
