Since the reform and opening up,China's agricultural structure adjustment,dairy production is from the traditional extensive production shift to the direction of modernization,in the process of transformation of dairy raw milk production show many problems,such as the way of dairy farming,dairy farming behind the high cost and low efficiency of a single output of dairy cows.How to improve China's dairy production efficiency,reduce China's raw milk dependence on international society and meet the residents consumption of dairy products,and create more employment opportunities for dairy farms or farm income and is a major problem faced by the Chinese government,and to solve this problem is the main way to improve raw material milk production efficiency,thereby enhancing the market competitiveness of China's raw milk.This paper attempts to use differences in total factor productivity theory analysis of the production efficiency of raw milk in China,through the analysis of the different scale of production of raw milk production efficiency,reveal the differences in different regions of China does not point to the production efficiency of raw milk in China at the same time,this paper attempts to analyze China's raw milk production efficiency by using the DEA-Malmquist index,according to the point different regions of the DEA-Malmquist index at the same time,to provide relevant policy suggestions for the different scale of farming enterprise or farm,in order to improve the production efficiency of the enterprise or farm.By the time of the different regions of the DEA-Malmquist index analysis showed that between 2004 and 2014,and whether it is a large-scale breeding or small scale farming,even backyard feeding raw milk China technical efficiency change and technological progress of small fluctuations,and the change of the total factor productivity fluctuated.And technological progress and total factor productivity changes in technical efficiency change fluctuation;from the spatial dimension to see whether the mass rearing or small scale farming,even the TFP change of TFP of backyard breeding China north of raw milk raw milk is greater than the south.Through the analysis of this paper found that technological progress is the main factor affecting the TFP of raw milk,while technical efficiency change has little effect on the TFP of raw milk;technological progress of large fluctuations,small fluctuations in technical efficiency change.According to the DEA-Malmquist index analysis results,this paper improve the dairy industry standardization level,increase the dairy industry and other aspects of policy support and the construction of ecological and environmental protection of the financial and insurance policy proposals,in order to improve the efficiency of raw milk production.
