The Research On The Financial Strategy Of Photovoltaic Enterprise

With the development of human society,the consumption of traditional energy h as caused a lot of serious environmental problems.Many countries start to put strate gic vision to environmental-friendly and renewable energy.As a member of the new energy,Solar power's development potential is huge.After years of development,the photovoltaic power generation technology and application technology has become inc reasingly mature,the PV industry has entered a period of rapid development.All alo ng,China is using coal,petroleum,gas and other traditional energy sources for indus trial production,which leds to environmental problems and resource shortages.Howev er,China has a rich reserves of silicon and inexhaustible solar energy resources whic h laid a good foundation for the development of domestic photovoltaic industry.In t he situation of disorderly development of PV industry.,How to formulate a reasonabl e industrial development strategy is very significant to help improve the PV industry.First of all,the paper analysis the current situation of China's PV industry,and points out the PV industry has many problems,such as lack of coordination in the industrial chain,the lack of core technology,the unhealthy domestic market environment,too much rely on the government's allowance and lack of good profitability.Then using the PEST analysis Law to analysis all the factors(such as :political,economic,cultural and technical factors)which impact on China's PV industry development.On the basis of this analysis,this paper chooses the Longi corporation,the single crystal silicon leading enterprise,as the example.First,SWOT analysis is used to determine the competitive advantage,competitive disadvantage,opportunity and threat of Longi corporation.Then based on the comprehensive corporate financial analysis,figure out the pro-blems existing in the current financial strategy of Longi corporation.Finally,put for ward the improvement methods and suggestions.Through this study,we can draw the following conclusions: first,the analysis demonstrates the importance of core competitiveness for the development of photovoltaic enterprises.Second,theoretically demonstrates the relationship between enterprise life cycle,industrial environment and corporate financial strategy of the three.Third,analysis of typical cases,Longi shares the financial strategy based on,hoping to provide reference to other photovoltaic enterprises.
