Research On The Transformation Of Scientific And Technological Achievements In Collaborative Innovation Ecosystem

In recent years,with the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and strengthening the nation through talent's deeply advancement,our country's scientific and technological innovation capacity has increased rapidly,and the output of scientific and technological achievements has increased by a large margin.However,a huge contrast is that different from the rapid development of technological innovation ability,a large number of technical achievements have been shelved.Obviously,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements(TOSATA)in colleges and universities are less adequate.Theoretical study of TOSATA mainly focus on the definition and classification,and the modes of TOSATA research concentrated in theoretical with less empirical,Not from the perspective of ecology to study the mode of transformation of scientific and technological achievements,leads to the lack of case studies for TOSATA.Based on the literature review,this paper explores the ecological orientation of scientific and technological achievements into the participation of the subject from the angle of ecology.And puts forward the four characteristics of ecology transformation system of scientific and technological achievements,namely "integrity","order" and "nonlinear" and "self-organization".And analysis center transformed ecology features embodied in the process of production with the cases.The research puts forward three modes of TOSATA from the perspective of ecological innovation system: “the school enterprise cooperation mode of transformation”,“universities-enterprises alternate dominant dynamic transformation mode "and" government guidance multi-agent cooperative transformation model".Finally,combining with cases,this paper makes a deep research on the three development modes,and expounds the operation characteristics,the main position and the transformation ways of the mode.And on the basis of the transformation process,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for our country to further improve the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements to promote scientific and technological achievements in China and provide meaningful reference to promote the transformation of economic structure.
