With the development of social economy and the speeding up of urbanization process,more and more people put the focus of research and attention on the protection of ecological and environmental benefits.Therefore,this paper takes Changsha City as an example to study the value of land ecosystem services,and the land use data of Changsha City in 2005 and 2014 were obtained by remote sensing interpretation.Using dynamic degree of land use and relative change rate of land use to analyze the land use change in Changsha City in the past 10 years.On the basis of summing up domestic and foreign relevant research results,this paper has carried out regional revision according to the actual situation of Changsha City,and calculated the value factor of land ecosystem service value,which measured and analyzed the value of land ecosystem service in Changsha City and it's 9 districts.Using the sensitivity index to test the reliability of the results,and the driving force of per capital land ecosystem service value in Changsha City was analyzed by the extended STIRPAT model.Below are key research findings:From 2005 to 2014,among the six land use types in Changsha City,the area of cultivated land and water area decreased the most,and the area of construction land increased the most.From the total value of land ecosystem services,Changsha City in 2005 and 2014 were 59.233 billion yuan and 56.281 billion yuan.The value of land ecosystem services in the area under its jurisdiction of the city is from Liuyang City to Changsha County to Ningxiang County to Wangcheng District to Yuelu District to Kaifu District to Yuhua District to Tianxin District to Furong District;From the point of view of sensitivity index,the value of land ecosystem service is not flexible to the revised value equivalent,and the result is credible.In terms of driving forces,which have the greatest influence on the per capital land ecosystem service value of Changsha City is energy consumption per 10,000 Yuan GDP and urbanization rate.Temporal and spatial changes of land ecological service value in Changsha City:The value of land ecosystem services decreased by 2.952 billion yuan of Changsha City in 10 years;The regional variation of Yuelu District,Ningxiang County,Changsha County,Liuyang City and Wangcheng District is relatively large,the relative change rate of land ecosystem service value shows a trend of increasing from the main urban area to the urban area with the scope of Xiangjiang New Area as the core.Based on the research results,there are problems in Changsha land ecosystem,such as the rapid development of urbanization,the rapid expansion of construction land;the population is increasing and the pressure on cultivated land protection is huge;has not yet formed a perfect ecological protection and supervision mechanism.Through the analysis of the problem,in order to promote the sustainable development of land ecological system in Changsha City to put forward corresponding countermeasures,including:Introduce the land ecosystem value calculation,construct ecological land pattern;Highlight the goal of land ecosystem protection,optimize the regional industrial structure;Establish a land ecological protection monitoring system and promote resource intensive use;Accelerate the improvement of relevant laws and regulations,the establishment of supervision and incentive mechanism.
