Study On Operational Decisions Of Enterprises And Supply Chain Coordination Under The Environment Of The Internet Of Things

The application of the Internet of things(Iot)technology changes the way of trading between supply chain enterprises,which makes the supply chain network becomes more complex.Iot and cloud service environment produce large amounts of data,this is not only an important strategic resources of enterprise decision-making but also cause decision-makers bounded rationality.Iot technology brings internal and external resources of company linked together intelligently,this will bring fundamental changes in the supply chain.The structure "enterprise-enterprise" or "companies-customers" relationship of traditional supply chain,will become "thing-thing" or "thing-customers" inside enterprise.With different ownership of resources constituting a "cloud" of resources will bring environment and conditions for low cost and quick "cloud" the allocation of resources.Iot technology provides technical basis for Information and resource sharing among supply chain members,provides the technology for the global optimal infrastructure resources.However,Iot technology application in the supply chain,infrastructure resources nodes and node enterprise organizations don't overlap,will make the supply chain coordination face new challenges.The influence of Iot to spatial structure of supply chain and the impact of the economic relationship is comprehensive and profound,will affect the allocation of resources and supply chain operations,and cause a Iot of new management issues.These problems will become a new field of enterprise supply chain management innovation.At the point of view of the enterprise in the supply chain,under the Iot environment,this paper analyzes the the changing of economic behavior of consumers,retailers and manufacturers,with the application of Cloud platform and Cloud manufacturing study on operational decisions of enterprises and supply chain coordination under the environment of Iot.The content of the project includes: the strategies design for supply chain resources allocation based on IoT;the operations coordination mechanism and Pareto improvement under the cloud platform embedded supply chain.
