With the continuous development of economic globalization and the intensification of market competition,social division of labor is becoming more and more refined.In order to win the market,modern manufacturing enterprises gradually build a manufacturing network,namely manufacturing supply chain,with production and quality management as the core and rapid response to market demand as the goal.The idleness and shortage of resources has become one of the important problems that restrict the improvement of the overall operation efficiency of supply chain.Moreover,due to the complexity of the supply chain system and various random factors,the system is extremely fragile.Various emergencies will lead to the supply chain becoming uncoordinated or even stop operating.Especially when the market demand has time-sensitive characteristics,the impact of supply disruption caused by emergencies on the performance of the supply chain will be more serious.Therefore;it is of great significance to study how to deal with supply disruption.The rapid development of cloud manufacturing provides technical support for the informationization,intellectualization and service development of manufacturing industry.Enterprises can build a resource sharing cloud platform to realize the sharing the manufacturing resources such as production equipment,technology,process data,so as to optimize resource allocation,reduce enterprise risks and costs,and achieve value creation.Based on cloud manufacturing,this paper focuses on the game analysis of resource sharing in manufacturing supply chain.The details are elaborated as follow:For manufacturing resource sharing between limited rational suppliers and manufacturers,considering the relationship between leaders and participants,a game model of cloud platform is established.The evolutionary path of decision-making for manufacturing resource sharing in supply chain with manufacturers as platform leaders and suppliers as platform participants is studied.In order to promote the supply chain to achieve stable cooperation,this paper designs the benefit distribution mechanism and solves the optimal allocation coefficient.The conclusion can provide theoretical reference for manufacturing resource sharing and cooperation in supply chain.For capacity recovery in time-sensitive supply chain system under sudden supply interruption,a two-stage supply chain capacity recovery game model is established,the supplier's capacity recovery behavior and the manufacturer's product market pricing strategy are studied,and the optimal decision-making process of supply chain members under decentralized and centralized decision-making modes is discussed.In order to break the resource constraints,this paper designs a resource sharing assistance incentive mechanism based on cloud platform application,analyses the optimal sharing recovery strategy of supply chain members and carries out numerical simulation.The conclusion can provide guidance for decision-making of capacity recovery when supply interruption risk occurs in supply chain.
