With the rapid increasing in agricultural machines and the social ownership of agricultural machines,the numbers of scrapped agricultural machines is growing faster.Carrying out the recycling of scrapped agricultural machines,it will improve the recycling rates of resources,reduces the waste pollution to environment,and decreases the agricultural machines which may hurt people.Based on this situation,this paper takes the reverse logistics network of scrapped agricultural machines as the research object,optimizing the locations and the numbers of the network nodes,also optimizing the flow distributions between the network nodes.The research results will provide some referential values on the construction of reverse logistics network for scrapped agricultural machines.Firstly,combining with the research status at home and abroad,reviews and analyzes the recycling modes of the reverse logistics network and the optimization methods of the reverse logistics network.Next,defines the concepts of scrapped agricultural machines and the reverse logistics of scrapped agricultural machines,expounds the driving factors of reverse logistics of scrapped agricultural machines,analyzes the operation modes of reverse logistics,and introduces the network design principles,network characteristics and structural categories of reverse logistics network.Then,it puts forward a multi-cooperation mode which led by the government,and also including the agricultural machines manufacturers and the third party recycling enterprises.Also plans its operation process.Study on the uncertain,complex and expensive of the reverse logistics network's characteristics,analyzes the functional elements of collection,dismantling and remanufacturing of the reverse logistics network for scrapped agricultural machines.Considering the problem of multiple product recycling on scrapped agricultural machines,first establishes a mixed integer linear programming model of reverse logistics network in a certain situation,uses LINGO11 soft to solve the model,then due to the situation which the number of recycling agricultural machines has uncertain,establishes a two-stage stochastic programming model,and uses a hybrid genetic algorithm to solve the model.According to the results,it can determine the numbers and locations of disassemble centers,remanufacturing centers and recycling centers,it also plans the production's transportation path and the distribution on resources.Finally,carrying out the models application on Henan province,it verifies the validity and rationality of the models.
