With the rapid development of the economy and the improvement of people's living standards,the demand and possession of automobiles have increased rapidly.At the same time,the improvement of people's consumption concept and the fierce competition in the automotive industry have prompted auto companies to accelerate the pace of upgrading their products.This has led to a shortened life cycle of automobiles and an increasing number of scrapped cars.On the basis of reading a large number of Chinese and foreign related documents,this paper combines theory with practice,first of all,through the comprehensive investigation and research on the recycling industry of scrap cars in our country.After analyzing the recycling mode of scrap vehicle,the reverse recovery system of scrap car with PRO organization is constructed..Secondly,based on the above-mentioned reverse recycling system for scrapped vehicles,a reverse vehicle recycling network structure model was established The recycling network consists of five centers:recycling center,dismantling center,remanufacturing center,second-hand market,raw material enterprise and waste disposal center.Node,focusing on the layout of the disassembly center and remanufacturing center in the recycling network.With the goal of maximizing the overall network revenue,we consider the government's subsidies for recycling work,the remanufacturing rate of remanufacturing centers,and the multi-resource utilization of recycling,recycling,and remanufacturing of scrapped cars through dismantling centers.Integer linear programming(MILP)model is designed in the context of the recovery system proposed in this paper.LINGO 11.0 is used to solve the problem,and the validity of the model is verified.Finally,this paper studies the recycling process of the recycling center,and studies the vehicle routing optimization when the single recycling center recycles the scrapped vehicles in the radiation area.The VRP problem model is constructed with the goal of minimizing the cost The corresponding ant colony algorithm is designed.The solution is validated to verify the validity of the model and algorithm.In this paper,the reverse recycling network of end-of-life vehicles is systematically studied from three aspects.The purpose of this paper is to solve the problems of waste of resources and environmental pollution caused by the improper treatment of scrap vehicles in China,and to promote the healthy and orderly development of the automobile industry in China.
