Human Resource Management Developed as passed from time to time, and from a global perspective, the foreign enterprises in the study of human resources in the enterprise acts as a important role. South Korea is a small area, densely populated,resource-poor countries, lack of natural resources, favorable conditions for economic development, but this is just to South Korea’s economic development has brought advantages and disadvantages. Disadvantages include, South Korea is lack of supplies on the international market and price swings are weak; on the advantageous aspect, it forced South Korea to develop its rich human resources. By developing human resources, lack of natural resources as transform into a competitive power enhancement. With the Chinese enterprises in China opened its doors, many countries began scrambling to enter China, South Korea is no exception. South Korean enterprises in China were studied by many people the relationship between human resources and business development of enterprises in China. Many scholars have conducted research, however research point of view of each person is different, a different starting point, the resulting answers are not the same. However,a well-known enterprise human resource management in companies already have a pivotal position. South Korea’s economy with China’s development,especially in recent years,South Korean companies in China and the relationship between the localization of human resources and corporate performance is also worth everyone to get to the bottom. By using a variety of methods literature research and qualitative analysis, etc. focuses on this relationship. By following some elaborate and draw a certain conclusion: through the implementation of the localization strategy, resource advantage itself has, and obtain scarce resources from local and self-complementary,which can improve business performance.
