With the gradual openness of the Chinese market,more and more foreign companies controlling China's huge market by their own unique advantages.As one of China's biggest trade partner,Korea go into the Chinese market as soon as possible.With the size and number of Korea companies invest and set up factories in China continues to increase,what we have to see is that a substantial proportion of the development of Korean investment enterprises in China encounter obstacles,and even bankruptcy.The most point in the factors which make the Korea companies in troubles is the human resources management problems.Localization of human resources management is a key factor determining the success or failure of transnational corporations,in fact,the key to success of foreign-funded enterprises in China is to build strong local management team.The construction of the FTA among China,Japan and South Korea has provided an opportunity for Korea enterprises to further explore the Chinese market,which made Korean companies must change their mode of human resource management in China.Therefore it is necessary to study the localization of Korea enterprise human resources management in ChinaThis paper is in the context of deepening trade relations between China and South Korea to research Korea enterprises human resource management issues in China and focuses on localization of its human resources strategy.Firstly through extensive literature review on human resource management of Korean enterprises in China and summarizes current research relating to human resources management,we outlines the localization status of Korean enterprises in China and the related problems.Finally,taking the case of Korean enterprises in China named Lidong chemical group,building three constructs includes localization of human resource development,localization of incentives in human resource and localization of environment,through field research,questionnaires and other methods to get data through SPSS data processing tools to study the influence factors of localization of Korean enterprises human resources management in China.The results indicates the above three factors have positive effects on the human resource management.Some suggestions for localization of its human resources strategy have been posed according to the results.
