Talent is the most important and most active factor in productivity,and has a fundamental and decisive role in social and economic development.Therefore,a reasonable and effective analysis of talent demand situation has become the urgent needs of the job seeker,the enterprise and the country.The rapid development of the network,the explosion speed of the growth of information resources,making the network to obtain recruitment information,to participate in an important way of recruitment,and the proportion of recruitment increased year by year.Based on the recruitment information published between a website 2015.12-2016.4,this paper studies the situation of talent demand in China and establishes the corresponding model.First of all,through descriptive statistical analysis,we can get the distribution of China's talent needs in the city,education,work experience and other variables.The conclusion is that:(1)China's talent needs mainly concentrated in some large cities;recruitment of the top ten cities accounted for 91% of the total number of recruits;the largest number of recruitment industry is the Internet industry;the talent needs in the technical field is the most.(2)The number of jobs required for higher education is less;Recruitment companies are more likely to the job seekers with job experience;Company are willing to pay higher wages for experienced job seekers;employees in the technical field have higher average incomes;highly educated job seekers are also more likely to get high wages;the proportion of high-paying jobs in first-tier cities is significantly higher than in other cities.Secondly,through the establishment of decision tree model and association rule model,we can dig the relationship between area,education,work experience,occupation field and salary,and draw the important degree of effect on salary effect,from strong to weak,respectively: work experience,Industry,city,education and company size.Finally,the paper analyzes the demand situation of the new job-data class position and compares it with other positions.Then,it uses the gray model to predict the position of the data class and infer the demand of the data position showing a rising trend.
