Zhayanmao (Beijing) Technology Co.,Ltd.is a start-up internet company.It is the talent that is the key reason deciding the company's further development in the limited resource and talent shortage environment.The paper's purpose is to work out a suitable talent recruitment strategy for Zhayanmao (Beijing) Technology Co.,Ltd.,which relies on the direct data and information by questionnaire and interview of Zhayanmao's internal employees,similar companies,and target talents.The paper studies problems on talents recruitment channel,talents recruitment scheme and salary management system with theories of talent flow principle and talent incentive mechanism,making use of literature research method,questionnaire method,interview method,qualitative and quantitative methods.With a rigorous analysis,it works out the detailed talents recruitment solutions for Zhayanmao (Beijing) Technology Co.,Ltd.The talents recruitment solutions include two parts.Firstly,it is the solution itself,including totally 4 solutions,which are how to extend talents recruitment channel,design the suitable talents recruitment system based on actual situation,set up diversity salary system and make best use of preferential policy and free source.Secondly,it is the needful measure of ensuring the talents recruitment solutions executing successfully,which involves staff insurance,company's policy insurance and budget insurance.By working closely on the company's background of era,industry and its own situation,along with focusing on logic and relative data,this paper provides a practical and efficient solution of talents recruitment.In the era of Internet prosperous background,the problem which Zhayanmao faces is so typical that the paper's solution is practical to other enterprises in same situation.
