In the final analysis,the competition of modern enterprise is still the competition of talents.For an enterprise,if it wants to achieve the effective acquisition of the competitive advantage,it needs to pay great attention to the human resources.However,enterprises in the recruitment and recruitment results is still not optimistic,most companies gradually starting from practice and theory for the recruitment mode and choose the technology to make a new exploration of enterprises in the process of developing human resources needed to achieve effective meet.In view of this,this paper take the JP group as a case,through analyzing the present situation of JP group recruitment management,combined with the actual demand for talents of JP group,JP group analysis of the existing problems and puts forward the recruitment for recruitment strategy of JP group,providing a certain reference for the recruitment management of JP group.Through this analysis,the main existing problems of JP group,including the description of positioning is not clear,the human resources planning is not reasonable,lack of professional recruitment team,recruitment channels and selection methods are too simple,the work efficiency is low and the subsequent recruitment recruitment link is not perfect.The reasons that lead to these problems: the development of strategic recruitment and recruitment company out of line,have not formed a system of philosophy,talent recruitment and lack of scientific and normative recruitment and lack of feedback,evaluation and summary.To solve these problems,this paper puts forward based on group development strategy to develop recruitment plan,optimize the recruitment system of opinions and suggestions,the scientific development of human resources planning,recruitment and optimization evaluation strategies follow links etc..
