| With the continuous development of China’s socialist market economy,especially in recent years we are also facing the economic transition,labor dispatching system is becoming more and more popular by employer units.There constantly appeared a series of issues in labor dispatching system in employment system of China,such as inequity of organization,lack of dispatched labors’ security,ignorance of the integration with values of employment units,low job satisfaction and loyalty,and so on.The continuous development of this situation will be extremely prejudicial to employer units and ultimately harm the benefits of dispatched labors.Therefore,it is crucial to employer units to know the current status of satisfaction and loyalty of the staff,find appropriate and reasonable suggestions and methods to raise and enhance working enthusiasm of dispatched labors,and improve their job satisfaction so as to increase loyalty to employer units.The study of the thesis on the current labor dispatching system focuses on the “satisfaction” and “loyalty” of dispatched labors to employer units.It is divided into five parts,wherein the first part describes the development status of the present labor dispatching in China and abroad firstly,and the second part as the literature review outlines the theory of the labor dispatching system and sets forth the research progress relating to satisfaction,loyalty as well as organization justice.The third part carries out the statistical analysis of the current status of dispatching system in the current employer unit through the questionnaire survey of 63 employer units,and indicates the factor which affects and restricts mutually among employer units,dispatched labors and dispatching agencies.The fourth part carries out a depth interview and questionnaire survey of one unit’s dispatched labors through the analysis summary of two types of survey methods,i.e.,the depth interview method and the questionnaire method,analyzes the current situation and existing problems as well as satisfaction and loyalty of dispatched labors to employer units,and makes a summary and data analysis to survey results.Finally,on the basis of the survey research,it is proposed countermeasures how to improve satisfaction and loyalty of dispatched labors to employer units from four aspects of employer units,government departments,industry associations and union organizations,and individual dispatched labor,in order to provide a basis for employer units to take strategies,thereby trying to achieve an coordinated and sustainable development of employer units,employees,as well as dispatching agencies. |
