The Study On Planning Management In Real Estate Enterprises

Along with the continuous development of the real estate industry,increasing the scale of real estate enterprises,enterprises in the trans regional development,more development projects at the same time,market and policy adjustment and complex internal and external environment,project management is complex,low operational efficiency of enterprises,is scheduled to arrive at rate is low.This thesis is aimed to use enterprise planning management and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the status of real estate enterprise plan management,establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation model and verify the reasonability,effectiveness and practicality of the model.The research methods used in this thesis are literature analysis,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,expert interview method and field survey.Many professional literatures are summarized and monographs in related fields like management and economics are deeply explored.Aimed at the current planning management system in the real estate enterprises,the current situation and potential problems are analyzed using the methods of questionnaire,field survey and interview.Through many procedures as literature analysis,primary selection of indicators,expert interview,adjustment of indicators and rationality analysis of indicators,the evaluation indicators system of planning management in real estate enterprises is finally confirmed,which is set as the foundation of the comprehensive evaluation.Combined with the established evaluation indicators system,the comprehensive evaluation model of the planning management in real estate enterprises is established with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Through field survey,interview of enterprise employees and questionnaire,this thesis make a diagnosis and analysis on the planning management of TZ real estate enterprise in Beijing and uses the evaluation model to make a comprehensive evaluation of the planning management in TZ enterprise as the application example of the evaluation model.It is founded in the thesis that the evaluation result of the planning management in TZ enterprise is “pretty well” and the indicator named “accomplishment rate of key notes” is the principal element in the evaluation of planning management in real estate enterprises.The evaluation results is compatible with the truth in TZ real estate enterprise,which confirms the practicality and effectiveness of the model established.
