Recent years,excess capacity is taken place in the iron and steel enterprises with the slowdown in steel demand.This is resulted in a rapid decline of steel prices and increscent survival pressure for steel enterprise continuously.As a connection link between furnace steel production transport and the raw material supply,molten iron transport system is an important part of the logistics link in steel production system.Therefore,enhancing operating efficiency of iron transport system is of great significance to reduce production and logistics cost,improve the economic efficiency of enterprises and increase market competitiveness.In this paper time Petri net was applied to model molten iron transport system from the perspective of reducing the iron transport time.And operating time of the molten iron transport system model was reckoned based on the linear logic inference rules of fuzzy time.Meanwhile the operating benefit was analyzed that the model was regarded as a case to apply in the B company.The specific research results were as follows:(1)static analysis to molten iron transport system was to be carried out by the method of the balance of supply and marketing.And on this basis the relationship between supply and demand in the furnace and converter was build.(2)Molten iron transport system was divided hierarchically by the hierarchical modeling method of the Petri net,and carried out to modeling according to the top-down order.(3)Fuzzy time interval of the change in the model was analyzed by the method of the Petri net correlated with time limit and change.(4)The problems in the scheduling process of molten iron transport system in the Company B were analyzed positively based on the linear and logic method of time Petri net,at the same time the corresponding solutions were given.(5)Benefit analysis of certain molten iron transport system in Company B which was regarded as a application case of the model was carried out.The result showed that after application of the Petri net model,the transportation efficiency and utilization of the transport equipment and scheduling staff in this transport section were enhanced significantly,and the operating cost was also reduced.
