As has the monopoly position in the field of our country electric power enterprises,are facing in different degree,such as infrastructure and management weak development conditions,operation,investment and financing behavior is not smooth,and even power grid itself structure arrangement is unreasonable and so on a series of problems which restrict the development of the electric enterprises.How to innovation and optimization of product q uality regulation of the scientific method and system,effectively enhance the corresponding electric enterprise's business and products after-sales service ability,promote the business level of electric enterprise products and services and related manage ment ability increase rapidly,become a problem to be solved.The application of total quality management is through the electric power enterprise customer service department customer service satisfaction promotion,to conduct a comprehensive analysis of quality management.This study from the implementation process of a comprehensive quality influence customer satisfaction and the formation of the root causes of,seeking assurance to enhance the quality control point,discusses how to use total quality management,using a variety of service resources,through the satisfaction of promotion,ensure effective enterprise service efficiency,improve customer satisfaction,improve the service ability of enterprises,make the electric power enterprise to win the reputation of the service,gain marketing advantage.To improve the competitiveness of enterprises,to seek power service differentiation competitive advantage.Finally,the leading service quality,to gain international competitive advantage.The comprehensive quality management theory,point to the electric power enterprise customer satisfaction promotion were studied,including the following contents: research and analysis of total quality management theory and customer satisfaction theory;the pract ical application of the application of the theory of total quality management in electric power enterprises to improve customer satisfaction,total quality management theory in certain electric power enterprise customer satisfaction case;comprehensive qua lity management customer satisfaction evaluation and analysis.
